Privacy policy

This policy explains how xxxkit.io (“xxxkit”, “we”, “us”) handles personal data collected through this website. It covers this website only. Streaming platforms built with xxxkit are operated by their own rightsholders, who publish their own policies.

The data controller is Boris Penkovskii, individual entrepreneur registered in Georgia, registration number 345856022, 5C Tbel-Abuseridze St, Batumi, Georgia. Write to hello@ottkit.io about anything in this policy.

We collect only what you send us through the contact form:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your company, if you choose to give it
• The content of your message

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this website, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

To read your enquiry, reply to it and discuss the project you described. We do not use your details for newsletters or unrelated marketing, and we never sell them.

The legal basis is your consent, given when you tick the box on the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that the submission comes from a person rather than a bot. To do that, Cloudflare receives technical data such as your IP address and browser characteristics, and processes it as our processor. See Cloudflare’s own privacy policy for details.

Your message is delivered to our inbox by an email delivery provider acting on our behalf, and is stored on infrastructure we operate in the European Union. We do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.

We keep enquiries for as long as the conversation they belong to is relevant, and no longer than three years after the last contact, unless we have agreed to work together, in which case the contract governs.

You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Write to us through the contact form and we will act on it. If you believe we have handled your data badly, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with a new date at the top. Material changes will not be applied retroactively to data already collected.
