Refund policy

Money reaches xxxkit in one way only: the fees a rightsholder pays us for the platform service under a contract. Viewers never pay xxxkit. When a viewer buys access on a platform built with xxxkit, the seller is the rightsholder who operates that platform, and the payment goes to the rightsholder’s own CCBill or Stripe account.

This policy covers both cases: what a viewer can expect, and what a rightsholder can expect from us.

Refunds for tickets, subscriptions and other purchases are decided by the platform you bought from, under the refund rules published on that platform. Contact the platform through its own support channels; the cabinet lets the rightsholder refund a purchase in full or in part with a few clicks.

When a refund is issued, the money goes back to the card or account you paid with. The provider usually returns it within five to ten working days, depending on your bank.

xxxkit cannot issue a refund on a rightsholder’s behalf, because we never hold the money. If a platform does not respond to a reasonable request, write to us through the contact form and we will pass your request on to the rightsholder.

Fixed monthly or annual platform fees are paid in advance and are not refunded for the remaining part of a period if you end the contract early, unless your contract says otherwise.

If the service is unavailable for reasons on our side beyond the limits set in your contract, you receive a credit for the affected period against the next invoice. Outages that originate with Bunny, CCBill and Stripe, or with your own accounts, do not qualify.

Platform fees calculated as a share of sales are charged on completed sales only. When you refund a viewer, the fee on that sale is reversed in the next settlement.

If we charged you by mistake, tell us within sixty days of the invoice and we return the amount in full.

A chargeback opened by a viewer is handled between the rightsholder and the payment provider. The cabinet shows every dispute with its deadline and the evidence the provider expects. Chargeback fees charged by the provider stay with the rightsholder.

Rightsholders write to the support channel named in the contract or use the contact form on this website, with the invoice number and the reason. We answer within three working days.

When this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with a new date at the top. Changes that affect an existing contract are agreed in writing.
